"In writing, everything needs to jump out"

Marcel

About me

In the summer of 1996, my writing journey began. The timid 15-year-old version of me, learned to foster a love for writing. Despite my distant relationship with English grammar, it would be the likes of Kubrick, Schrader, Aristotle, Unamuno, Satre, Steinbeck, Poe, Mom, Dad, the Bible, and Torah - that would help me cultivate an understanding and respect for sequential words as the ultimate form of communication. Writing transformed my world into a sanctuary where words refined the timid side of me with the boldness and maturity.

Writing is an art form that demands a synthesis of passion and intellect. It requires to ask difficult questions ready to receive those problematic answers. That is the true nature of this commitment I consider so sacred.

What do I love the most about writing? Fair question. I love its gentleness in the form rhythmic rhetoric curvatures of heartbeats, giving me access to the only way, the only way, to craft narratives that inspires us. Narrative with the power to shift our phenomenology of what we know as life in the 21st century and upgrade it. That's the power of a good written word. That's why I love it so much. Each paragraph is a revelation, each story a treasure. It's an expedition where every tale is a testament to the magic of words.

Life without words is fleeting; therefore, in this brief expanse, let's vow to make our stories memorable to fuel change in our world that desperately needs to embrace positive change.
